Nicole Biller is a graduate of Texas Woman's University. She worked as a vet technician after graduating in 1995. She went on to study equine nutrition and reproduction. She managed Wolf Creek Ranch in Gainesville, TX from 1997 to 2005 for the Crozier family of Dallas, TX. She received her real estate license in fall 2004. Her first year in real estate she was already a multi-million dollar producer. She received much of her training in real estate from Jack E. Crozier, retired CEO of Murray Income Properties, and her boss for 8 years. She knows land and ranches, whether for, recreation, horses, cattle, hunting, or investment.
